Getting your package of goodies delivered straight to your door is easy and hassle free! We have a few different options to make sure that your parcel gets to you as soon as possible.

Please note, we use Royal Mail to deliver our orders. This is via either 1st or 2nd class signed for so you will need to be home to sign for the parcel.

• Please allow plenty of time when ordering cake decorations as they are all made to order. 
• Larger orders need a maximum of 4 days drying time before orders are dispatched.
• We send orders out using Royal Mails Signed For services, 1st or 2nd class options. 
• You will be given a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
• You will need to be in to sign for your parcel.
• We ship to all areas of the United Kingdom.
• Please make sure you write the correct address when ordering as we cannot change this once the item has been dispatched. We cannot refund for this type of incident.
• If a Royal Mail representative has left a calling card it is your responsibility to arrange a redelivery or collection.​​
• PLEASE NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the order has left our premises it is out of our control. Therefore, please allow plenty of time when ordering.

            Fixed Rate £3.95 on all other orders.

Delivery can take from in 3-7 working days once your order has been dispatched (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) this is an estimate please be aware it can, on rare occasions take longer therefore, allow plenty of time when ordering.

UK Standard delivery

Where our standard 2nd class delivery service has been selected, the total delivery time, from the moment you place the order, until it arrives with you, can take from 7-14 working days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order with tracking information. 

Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout page.

All product prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.

Order Processing and Delivery Timings:
Orders will take up to 4 days to create and dry please add this onto your timings when ordering. Our deadlines are set out below.

Once order have been created they will be packaged and dispatched the delivery time can take from 5-7 days to arrive with you depending on which service you have selected. 

Order Deadlines:
Order before 11am On Mondays to catch Tuesdays dispatch.
Order before 11am On Thursdays to catch Fridays dispatch.​
Orders are sent out on Tuesdays and Fridays. 
We do not currently offer a Next day delivery service.

Packaging:
We send all our toppers/decorations out in a secure box with tissue and bubble wrap to prevent breakages.
Please be aware breakages are prone to happen when handled roughly but are very rare. 

Please note in most situations’ breakages are repairable but we will help you to fix the order. If this does happen send us an email with an image of the packaging and goods, along with your order number, name and address to  hello@mycaketoppers.co.uk
Icing /wafer sheets – will be sent out in a sealable bag and placed in a boarded envelope​.

Payment options

We accept PayPal payments – card payments are available via PayPal.
Any refund will be processed via the same payment method used when purchasing the order.
